Dress for Success New Orleans is a non-profit, volunteer-driven organization that collaborates with over 50 New Orleans agencies to identify women who, with a hand up rather than a handout, can achieve employment and economic independence. This initiative also provides essential domestic violence support, financial education resources, and mental health resources, recognizing that it’s time to heal and empowering women through comprehensive women support.
The mission of Dress for Success is to help unemployed and underemployed women achieve economic independence by providing no-fee programs, financial education resources, and development tools, as well as professional attire that empower them to thrive in work and in life. Additionally, we recognize the importance of mental health resources and domestic violence support, ensuring that every woman has the time to heal and receive the women support she deserves.
